Counselling

I offer counselling in the following ways:

  • Remote counselling via telephone and video.
  • Exclusively email counselling which is useful for people who cannot, or choose not to, have sessions in live time, via telephone, video or face-to-face. All contact and all sessions are held via email throughout the entire process.
  • Face to face counselling sessions in a comfortable space in Fitzrovia, London.
